About Us

Deborah Perugi, a professional graphic designer for over twenty years, has been designing web sites for more than twelve years. Her company, Perugi Design, produces custom web sites that build on your brand. Attention to a customer’s business goals are important to Perugi Design and our associates. Deb began her career as a map illustrator and production artist in Cambridge which led to being hired at The Boston Globe. As a map and information graphic designer in the editorial design department, she worked alongside reporters and editors designing graphics and pages for the daily and Sunday paper. There, skills perfect for website information architecture were developed and continue to help you organize your message in print graphics or on the internet. Deb started her company in 1989, two years before her twins were born.

Deb was introduced to WordPress by developers Dan and AL at Commareus in Hudson, Mass.  Our combined web design training is in HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and other types of web 2.0+ technologies such as javascript, PHP and jQuery. While I provide search engine optimization as part of the design and development, if needed, I can direct you to specialists in complete web marketing.
